RANCHI, India, March 10 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Feb. 9:

1. Heard the learned counsel representing the petitioner and the learned counsel representing the respondents.

2. Grievance of the petitioner is that though he is a successful candidate in respect of Advertisement No. 13 of 2023 under non-para category for the post of Graduate Trained Teacher (Class VI to VIII), no final decision has been taken by the Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC).

3. He submits that though JSSC claims that there is some discrepancies but the detail has not been informed to the petitioner so that he can meet the objections raised by the JSSC.

4. Thus, I direct the JSSC to consider the case of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order. If there is some discrepancies, the petitioner should be given an opportunity of hearing for which the respondent-JSSC should give sufficient notice to the petitioner highlighting the details of discrepancies.

5. The respondents will take appropriate decision within three months from the date of the receipt of the copy of this order.

6. The petitioner should cooperate in the proceeding. The petitioner should bring to the notice of the JSSC about this order along with the detailed representation within 10 days from today.

7. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.
