RANCHI, India, June 12 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on May 11:

1. Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

2. It is the grievance of the petitioners that inspite of the order passed by the Appellate Authority in SAR appeal, the name of the petitioners have not been entered in the revenue records appertaining to Khata No.38, Plot No.302, measuring an area 97 decimals, in Mouza Sithio Anchal-Senha, Dist.-Lohardaga.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that Appellate Authority under the SAR proceeding has ordered in favour of father of the petitioner, thus the order should have been complied with by incorporating the name of the petitioners in the revenue records. He submits that petitioners are in possession over the land in question.

4. Learned counsel for the State submits that the if petitioners approach the Deputy Commissioner, Lohardaga by filing a representation along with all the documents including the order passed by the Appellate Authority and if the said order has attain finality, an appropriate order will be passed.

5. Considering the said submissions, I direct the petitioners to approach before the Deputy Commissioner, Lohardaga by filing a representation annexing copy of the order, which are in favour of the petitioners. If it is found that the order, which are in favour of the petitioners in respect of Khata No. 38, Plot No. 302, measuring an area 97 decimals in Mouza Sithio Anchal-Senha, Dist.-Lohardaga has attained finality, the Deputy Commissioner will take appropriate steps ensuring recording the name of the petitioners in the revenue records.

6. The entire process should be concluded within four weeks from of the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.

8. Pending I.A., if any stands disposed of.
