RANCHI, India, Dec. 14 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Nov. 14:
1 The matter relates to Complaint Case No.7075/2021 (Miscellaneous Criminal Case No.3304/2023), pending in the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class VIII, Ranchi.
2. I.A. No.14500 of 2025 has been filed for withdrawal of Criminal Revision No.1122 of 2023 with liberty to move before the learned Sessions Judge.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue has already been decided by this Court in Criminal Revision No.417 of 2023. He further submits that in view of that, the prayer may kindly be accorded and observation may kindly be given that the pendency of this criminal revision petition before this Court may kindly be taken into consideration for condoning the delay.
4. Learned counsel for the State and opposite party no.2 have got no objection.
5. Accordingly, the prayer made in I.A. No.14500 of 2025 is allowed and disposed of.
