Cr. A.(DB) No. 1386 of 2025

5. This appeal is directed against the order dated 21.07.2025 passed in M.C.A. Case No. 1333 of 2025 arising out of Bankmore P.S. Case No. 336/2022 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, XI, Dhanbad, whereby and where under the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected.

Though it has been submitted by learned counsel for the appellant that the appellant is in custody since 30.12.2022 and some of the co-accused persons have already been acquitted by the learned Trial Court but regard being had to the fact that the case is at the final stage of the argument as could be deciphered from the impugned order dated 21.07.2025, we are not inclined to interfere in the impugned order dated 21.07.2025 passed in M.C.A. Case No. 1333 of 2025 arising out of Bankmore P.S. Case No. 336/2022 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, XI, Dhanbad and consequently, we dismiss this appeal.

7. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed.
