RANCHI, India, March 1 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Jan. 29:

1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief :-

"(a) for issuance of appropriate writ(s)/ order(s)/ direction (s) in the nature of mandamus directing upon the respondents to demark the land of the petitioners in view of decision in partition suit between the parties, as private respondents are disturbing the possession of the petitioners without any rhymes and reason ignoring the final decree passed in the partition suit."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to work out his remedy in accordance with law.

4. Learned counsel for the State has raised no objection.

5. With the aforesaid liberty, the present writ petition is, hereby, disposed of.

6. In view of above order, no notice is required to be issued upon the private respondents.

7. Pending interlocutory application, if any, stands disposed of.
