JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON MAHANAND HEMBROM AND ORS. V/S THE STATE OF JHARKHAND AND ORS.

RANCHI, India, Oct. 2 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Sept. 2:

1. Learned counsel for the petitioner has appeared, but has not complied the earlier order dated 25.07.2025 due to reason that other petitioners are old persons and more than sufficient time has been given to petitioners to take proper steps, either deleting the name of petitioner no.1 or get the substitution of his legal heirs, but no effective steps are being taken the petitioners.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents is also present.

3. In view of the above, this revision is dismissed.
