JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON MD. MAKSUD V/S THE STATE OF JHARKHAND

RANCHI, India, Oct. 27 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Sept. 26:

1. Surviving defect is ignored.

2. The matter relates to Spl. POCSO Case No.68/2023 and Protest Cum Complaint Case No.68/2023, pending in the Court of the learned ASJ-III cum Special Judge, POCSO, Hazaribagh.

3. Mr. Ashok Kumar Sinha (4), learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Mrs. Shweta Singh, learned counsel for the State has got no objection.

5. Permission is accorded. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
