RANCHI, India, Sept. 30 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Aug. 29:

1. I.A. No.10618 of 2023 has been filed for condonation of delay of 389 days in filing the present criminal revision petition.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was unaware of the proceeding against him and in view of that, such delay has occurred and, as such, the delay may kindly be condoned.

3. Learned counsel for the State and opposite party no.2 have got no serious objection.

4. For the reasons assigned in the said I.A, the delay of 389 days in filing the present criminal revision petition is, hereby, condoned.

5. Accordingly, I.A. No.10618 of 2023 is allowed and disposed of.

6. This petition has been filed against the order dated 14.06.2022 passed in Original Maintenance Case No.604 of 2021 by the learned Additional Principal Judge-II, Additional Family Court-II, Dhanbad.

7. I.A. No.6614 of 2025 has been filed for withdrawal of the present criminal revision petition.

8. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in light of the reasons assigned in the said I.A, he may kindly be allowed to withdraw this criminal revision petition.

9. Learned counsel for the State and opposite party no.2 have got no objection.

10. For the reasons assigned in the said I.A., the prayer made in I.A. No. 6614 of 2025 is allowed and disposed of.

11. Consequently, the present criminal revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
