RANCHI, India, June 13 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on May 12:

1. Mr. Lalit Yadav, learned counsel for the appellant, on instruction, has submitted that the parties have settled their dispute outside the Court, as such he is not willing to press the present appeal.

2. Learned counsel also submitted that since he is not pressing the instant case, the defect(s) may be ignored.

3. Accordingly, the defects are hereby ignored and the instant first appeal being F.A. No. 97 of 2023 is dismissed as withdrawn, and as such disposed of.
