RANCHI, India, March 25 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Feb. 20:

No one turns up on behalf of the petitioners in-spite of repeated calls.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner is not diligent in prosecuting this criminal miscellaneous petition as there is no merit in this criminal miscellaneous petition.

Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
