JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON NIRANJAN PRASAD V/S THE STATE OF JHARKHAND AND ORS.

RANCHI, India, Oct. 2 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Sept. 2:

1. Heard the parties.

2. On instructions, it has been submitted by learned counsel for the State that within four weeks the entire departmental proceeding can be concluded by passing final order.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission, this writ petition is disposed of directing the disciplinary authority to pass final order in the disciplinary proceeding within four weeks from today.

4. Let a copy of the order be immediately handed over to Mr. Rahul Saboo, learned GP-II for onwards communication.
