RANCHI, India, Sept. 5 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Aug. 5:

Present writ petition has been filed for the following relief(s):-

"1. That by way of instant writ petition, Petitioner above named prays for issuance of an appropriate writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ directing the Respondents not to restrain the Petitioners from constructing RCC slab over their legally owned property and to provide necessary police protection to the Petitioners.

AND

Further direct the Respondent police authorities to ensure adequate police protection to the Petitioners and their property, thereby preventing any further unlawful interference obstruction while constructing RCC slab upon the land owned by them.

2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner(s) seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to workout his remedy in accordance with law.

3. Counsel for the State has no objection.

4. Permission is granted.

5. With the aforesaid liberty, this writ petition stands disposed of.
