RANCHI, India, June 16 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on May 14:
1. This matter relates to Poraiyahat PS Case No.97 of 2024 and the case is pending in the court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Godda.
2. After some argument, leaned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to move before the learned court by way of filing regular bail petition in learned court concerned.
3. Learned counsel appearing for respondent State has got no objection for same.
4. This petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
5. It is made clear that if the petitioner moves regular bail petition in the learned court concerned, the same will be decided in accordance with law without prejudice to this order.
