RANCHI, India, Sept. 5 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Aug. 5:
Present writ petition has been filed for the following relief(s):-
"I. For issuance of appropriate writ /order / direction and order to setaside the cancellation of license bearing number 29 of 2009 order dated 18.10.24. vide letter number 627 (Annexure no. 4) which has been issued by the respondents which has been issued under the public distribution system which has been illegally given the order that the shops of PDS has been rejected without considering upon the allegation levelled and show cause which has been filled by the petitioner and still no any inquiry report or cancellation of license has been given by the respondent to the petitioner.
II. For issuance of a direction or order to open petitioner's sealed shop which has been illegally sealed by the respondent after taking all the P.D.S grains (legumes) without information to the petitioner."
2. On the instruction of the client, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition.
3. Permission is granted.
4. Counsel for the State has no objection.
5. This writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
