RANCHI, India, Sept. 19 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Aug. 19:
Heard the parties.
The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal miscellaneous petition with liberty to raise all the grounds mentioned in this criminal miscellaneous petition before the appropriate court at appropriate stage.
This criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
The interim relief granted earlier vide order dated 17.12.2021 is vacated.
Registry is directed to intimate the court concerned forthwith.
In view of dismissal of this criminal miscellaneous petition, Interlocutory Application No. 5871 of 2022 is disposed of being infructuous.
