JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON PREM KUMAR DUBEY V/S THE STATE OF JHARKHAN AND ORS.

RANCHI, India, April 3 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Feb. 27:

1. This interlocutory application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking withdrawal of this writ petition.

2. Considering the statement made in the said I.A., permission is granted to withdraw this writ petition.

3. I.A. No. 2182 of 2026 for withdrawal of this writ petition stands allowed.

4. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
