RANCHI, India, Jan. 19 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Dec. 18:
1. Heard the parties.
2. By filing this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed that the Honorarium of this petitioner be revised from time to time in terms of the Circular of the State of Jharkhand. She submits that the contractual employees have got the benefit of revision of their salary but the petitioner who is working as Art, Craft and Music teacher has been left out.
3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that if the petitioner files a representation before the respondent no. 4-Deputy Commissioner, Deoghar, her case will be considered as per the law and if the petitioner is found entitled, she will be granted the benefits.
4. Considering the submission of the parties, I direct the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the respondent no. 4- Deputy Commissioner, Deoghar who will consider the case of the petitioner.
5. The representation should be filed within four weeks and the decision should be taken within six weeks thereafter.
6. If it is found that the petitioner is entitled for any monetary benefits the same should be extended to the petitioner. If the claim of the petitioner is rejected for any reasons whatsoever the reasons should be communicated to the petitioner within a period of four weeks thereafter.
7. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
