RANCHI, India, Feb. 12 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Jan. 12:
Mr. Sanjay Kr. Pandey No. 2, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw this appeal since the same has been filed beyond the statutory period of 90 days as envisaged in Section 21(5) of the NI Act with a liberty to move afresh with a prayer for bail before the learned court below.
Permission is accorded.
This appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
