JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON RAHUL KUMAR V/S THE STATE OF JHARKHAND AND ORS.

1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant writ application has become infructuous as the petitioner has already been employed somewhere else.

2. Having regard to the aforesaid submission, the instant writ application stands dismissed as infructuous.
