RANCHI, India, Dec. 10 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Nov. 10:
1. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to take recourse to appropriate remedy as available to him under the law.
2. Prayer being innocuous, is allowed.
3. Consequently, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn reserving liberty as aforesaid. Pending Interlocutory Application, if any, stands disposed of.
