RANCHI, India, April 9 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on March 9:

1. The applicant who is in custody since 15.09.2024 has renewed the prayer for grant of regular bail in connection with S.T. No.315 of 2024 arising out of Jirwabari P.S. Case No.60 of 2024, registered for the offence under Sections 304(B)/34 of the IPC, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Sahibganj.

2. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant(s) that complete set of F.I.R. alongwith its enclosure have been annexed with this bail application and there is no suppression on his/her part.

3. Earlier the bail application of this applicant was rejected on merit by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 08.04.2025 passed in B.A. No.1003 of 2025. This is the second attempt.

4. Prayer for bail of the applicant has been renewed stating that till date trial has not been concluded.

5. From the record, it appears that the trial is under progress and some of the witnesses have already been examined.

6. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the applicant.

7. Considering the above facts, I am not inclined to reconsider the prayer for bail of the applicant at this stage. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the applicant stands rejected once again.
