JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON RAJESH KUMAR SINGH V/S STEEL AUTHORITY OF INDIA AND ORS.

RANCHI, India, June 12 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on May 11:

1. Heard the parties.

2. Admittedly, the petitioner-Rajesh Kumar Singh does not have any individual claim or right over the property in question, it is one Rozen Butcher, S/o Bakrid Butcher, who has been allotted shop No.8. Thus, since the petitioner has got no individual cause of action, over the property in question, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition, this writ petition is dismissed.

3. Liberty is always reserved with the original allotteeRozen Butcher to approach the appropriate forum/authority/ this Court, if he is aggrieved of the action/order of the respondents.
