RANCHI, India, Nov. 2 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Oct. 6:
1. Heard the parties.
2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Rajmahal P.S. Case No. 174/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 309(4), 115(2) & 351(2) of the B.N.S. 2023 and Section 27 Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Rajmahal.
3. On 04.06.2025, robbery was committed in the shop of the informant. The miscreants looted jewelries from there.
4. It was submitted that petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R. nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from his possession. It was also submitted that name of the petitioner has come in confession of coaccused.
5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Rajmahal in connection with Rajmahal P.S. Case No. 174/2025.
