RANCHI, India, Oct. 2 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Sept. 2:
1. The matter relates to S.T. No.183/2023 (Misc. Criminal Application No.263/2024) arising out of Meral P.S. Case No.255/2020, corresponding to G.R. Case No.03/2021, pending in the Court of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Garhwa.
2. Mr. Vinod Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instruction of Mr. Pankaj Srivastava, who is Advocate-on-Record, submits that this criminal revision petition has become infructuous.
3. Mr. Bishambhar Shastri, learned counsel for the State accepts the said submission.
4. Accordingly, this criminal revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
