Heard the parties.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal miscellaneous petition as the connected case has been disposed of by the learned trial court.

Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

The interim relief granted earlier vide order dated 14.01.2020 is vacated.

Registry is directed to intimate the court concerned forthwith.
