RANCHI, India, Jan. 23 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Dec. 22:
1. After some argument, Mr. Anand Kumar Sinha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, after going through the statement made at paragraph Nos. 8, 9 and 10 of the counter affidavit, has sought for leave of this Court not to press this writ petition, rather to pursue for restoration of C.M.P. No. 460 of 2019.
2. There is no opposition on behalf of the learned State counsel.
3. Accordingly, W.P.(C) No. 6338 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
