RANCHI, India, Nov. 4 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Oct. 6:
1. Heard the parties.
2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 147/2012 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1548/2012, for the offences registered under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 & 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Sri Shambhu Mahto, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Palamau.
3. On 23.08.2012, Chainpur police apprehended co-accused Ranjit Kumar Jaiswal and Sunil Ram. On search, arms and ammunitions were recovered from their possession.
4. It was submitted that name of the petitioner has come in confession of co-accused persons.
5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Shambhu Mahto, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Palamau or his successor in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 147/2012 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1548/2012.
