This application has been preferred by the appellant for condoning a delay of 46 days in filing the appeal.
Having been satisfied with the reasons assigned in this application, the delay of 46 days which had occurred in filing this appeal is condoned and this I.A. is allowed and disposed of.

Criminal Appeal (DB) No. 374 of 2025
Heard the learned counsel for the respective sides.
This appeal is directed against the order dated 10.09.2024 passed in Misc. Criminal Application No. 1204 of 2024 in connection with S.T. No.128 of 2024 arising out of Rajpur P.S. Case No. 98/2019 by learned Additional Sessions JudgeI, Chatra, whereby and whereunder, the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected.
It has been alleged that some IED bombs and explosives were defused by the police and the same were suspected to have been planted by the extremists in order to cause harm to the police party.
So far as the appellant is concerned, he seems to have been implicated only on the basis of suspicion. The appellant is in custody since 11.12.2023.
Regard being had to the manner of implication of the appellant, we while setting aside the order dated 10.09.2024 passed in Misc. Criminal Application No. 1204 of 2024 in connection with S.T. No.128 of 2024 arising out of Rajpur P.S. Case No. 98/2019 by learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Chatra, direct that the appellant be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like mount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Chatra in connection with S.T. No.128 of 2024 arising out of Rajpur P.S. Case No. 98/2019.
This appeal is allowed.
