JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON SASANKA PATI V/S THE STATE OF JHARKHAND AND ORS.

RANCHI, India, April 3 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Feb. 27:

1. Mr. Ajay Raj Xalxo, Deputy Director, Higher Education, Technical Education, and Skill Development Department, Govt. of Jharkhand is present in-person.

2. It has been submitted by the opposite party that the pay of the petitioner has been fixed. Now the consequential benefit will be paid by the University.

3. Considering the aforesaid submissions, this contempt application is dropped.

4. It is made clear that if the amount is not paid within four weeks, it will be open to the petitioner to revive this contempt application.

5. Personal appearance of Mr. Ajay Raj Xalxo, Deputy Director, Higher Education, Technical Education, and Skill Development Department, Govt. of Jharkhand, is dispensed with.
