RANCHI, India, June 12 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on May 11:
1. Ms. Preeti Hembrom, learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly submit that she does not want to press this application as the same has become infructuous.
2. There is no objection from the other side.
3. Accordingly, the instant application stands dismissed as infructuous.
