RANCHI, India, Sept. 23 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Aug. 22:
1. The matter relates to Vigilance P.S. Case No.29/1999, corresponding to Vigilance (Spl.) Case No.6(A) of 1999, pending in the Court of the learned Special Judge, ACB, Ranchi.
2. Mr. Shadab Eqbal, learned counsel for the petitioner on instruction seeks permission to withdraw this criminal revision petition.
3. Learned counsel for the ACB has got no objection.
4. Accordingly, this criminal revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
5. Pending I.A., if any, is disposed of.
