JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON SITA KUMARI V/S THE BLOCK OFFICER AND ORS.

RANCHI, India, Nov. 6 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Oct. 6:

1. Heard learned counsel representing the petitioner and learned counsel representing the respondents.

2. In this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed to cancel the Advertisement which was issued vide Letter No.45 dated 10.09.2024, for appointment of Graduate Trained Teacher in Luthren Middle School, Koronjo, Village + Post Koronjo, P.S. Thethaitangar, District Simdega, Jharkhand.

3. The petitioner's case is that the Examination Centre was changed suddenly without proper information, which led to several irregularities and illegalities.

4. During the course of argument, learned counsel representing the respondent - State, on instructions submitted that the examination has been cancelled, as some irregularities and illegalities were detected.

5. Since the entire examination has been cancelled, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition.

6. It is expected that in future, if some Advertisement is issued, propriety should be maintained by the Authorities.

7. With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition stands disposed of.
