RANCHI, India, Oct. 27 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Sept. 26:

1. Heard learned counsels for petitioners and for State.

2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Kunda P.S. Case No.177 of 2022, for offence registered under section 406, 420, 323, 504, 506 of the IPC, pending in court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Deoghar.

3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case and allegation is made that Rs.2,60,000/- has been taken by the petitioners for providing job and even for recovery of the said amount, one money suit being Money Suit No.27 of 2018 was filed and present complaint case is lodged after four years which has been converted into FIR.

4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that allegations are there of not returning the said amount

5. Considering that for the amount in question one money suit has been filed and after four months the present case has been filed, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioners.

6. Accordingly, petitioners, above named, are hereby directed to surrender before learned court within three weeks from today, and in event of his surrender/arrest, petitioners, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Deoghar, in connection with Kunda P.S. Case No.177 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.
