JHARKHAND HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON STATE OF JHARKHAND AND ORS. V/S SHAMBHU PRASAD AND ORS.

RANCHI, India, Sept. 23 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Aug. 22:

1. This Civil Review Petition has been filed against the order dated 26.03.2021 passed in WP(S) No.1655 of 2016 by this Court, whereby this Court has set-aside the impugned order dated 26.11.2015.

2. Mr. Suresh Kumar, learned SC to L&C-II on instruction submits that this Civil Review Petition has become infructuous and in view of that, he seeks permission to withdraw this Civil Review Petition.

4. This Civil Review Petition is dismissed as withdrawn being infructuous.
