RANCHI, India, Feb. 10 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Jan. 9:
1. The instant application has been preferred for modifications in the judgment dated 16.10.2025 passed in W.P.(S) No. 396 of 2018 wherein due to inadvertence, there has been some typographical errors which are hereby modified as follows:
(i) In the cause title, the name of the father of Petitioner No. 1 has wrongly been typed 'Late Dharu 1. Kharia' instead of Late Dharu Kharia; as such, it shall be read as 'Late Dharu Kharia'.
(ii) In the cause title, the office address of Respondent No. 3 has wrongly been typed as 'office at bevomet Engineering Bhawan' instead of 'office at Engineering Bhawan'; as such, the same shall be read as office at Engineering Bhawan.
(iii) In Para 2 of the judgment, the date of order in I.A. No. 7152/2025 has wrongly been mentioned as '16.06.2026' instead of 16.06.2025; as such, the same shall be read as 16.06.2025.
(iv) In para 16 of the judgment, the date of order in I.A. No. 7152/2025 has wrongly been mentioned as '16.06.2026' instead of 16.06.2025; as such, the same shall be read as 16.06.2025.
2. With the aforesaid modifications in the said judgment dated 16.10.2025 passed in W.P. (S) No. 396 of 2018, the instant application stands allowed.
