RANCHI, India, Feb. 22 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Jan. 20:
1. The matter relates to Special (POCSO) Case No.44/2019, corresponding to Telco P.S. Case No.84/2019, pending in the Court of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-V-cum-Special Judge (POCSO), Jamshedpur.
2. Mrs. Nanda Kumari, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instruction of Mr. Anil Kumar Sinha, who is Advocate-on-Record, seeks permission to withdraw this petition.
3. Mr. Bishambhar Shastri, learned counsel appearing for the State has got no objection.
4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
