RANCHI, India, Jan. 14 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on Dec. 15:

1. Heard Mr. Om Prakash, learned counsel for the appellants and learned A.P.P. appearing for the State.

2. This appeal is directed against the order dated 02.12.2025 passed in B.P. No.349 of 2025, arising out of Pakur (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 29 of 2024, by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge-I, Pakur, whereby and whereunder the prayer for bail of the appellants has been rejected.

3. It has been alleged that several bombs and stones were thrown at the house of the informant.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the appellants that none of the family members of the informant had suffered any injuries. It has further been submitted that some of the co-accused persons have been granted bail in Cr. App. (DB) No. 460 of 2024 and Cr. App. (DB) No. 1389 of 2025. Learned counsel adds that the appellant No. 1 is in custody since 16.10.2025 whereas the appellant No. 2 is in custody since 18.10.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the appellant.

6. Regard being had to the fact that the similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail as noted above, we while setting aside the order dated 02.12.2025 passed in B.P. No.349 of 2025, arising out of Pakur (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 29 of 2024, by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge-I, Pakur, direct the appellants to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M, Pakur.

7. Accordingly, this appeal stands allowed and disposed of.
