RANCHI, India, June 4 -- Jharkhand High Court issued the following order on May 5:
1. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to implead the State of Jharkhand as O.P. No.3 in this case in course of the day and serve a copy of this Criminal Revision Application to Mr. Someshwar Roy, learned APP who will appear in this case henceforth.
2. Issue notice to the O.P. No.1 in the matter of admission as well as Limitation (I.A No.4337 of 2024) as to why this Criminal Revision Application be not admitted and/or disposed of at the time of admission stage itself, by registered post with A/D as well as ordinary process and for which, requisites etc. must be filed within two weeks from today, failing which this Criminal Revision Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Bench.
3. Call for the scanned copy of the Lower Court records.
4. Put up this case on 02.07.2025, if requisites are filed.
5. In the meantime, learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to pay Rs.1,00,000/- to the O.P. No.1 before the learned Court below.
6. Let the name of Mr. Someshwar Roy, learned APP be appeared in the cause list henceforth.
