India, Dec. 14 -- The Government of India has issued a release:

The seventh spiritual group from Tamil Nadu arrived at Varanasi Railway Station by special train to participate in Kashi Tamil Sangamam 4.0. Upon landing, the group was given a grand welcome with traditional drum playing, flower showers, and chants of "Har Har Mahadev" and "Vanakkam Kashi." The Tamil group members were particularly enthusiastic upon receiving the traditional welcome at the station.

Many people said that the spiritual atmosphere in Kashi was unforgettable for them. The sound of the drum playing filled the entire complex with Shiva, clearly demonstrating the cultural unity of Kashi and Tamil Nadu.

Ramanuja, who was part of the team, said that this initiative celebrates the cultural and spiritual ties between two ancient Indian civilizations: Kashi and Tamil Nadu. For centuries, pilgrims, scholars, and seekers have exchanged knowledge, language, and traditions between the two regions. Sangamam reinstates that historical connection in a modern context. We are very excited to visit Kashi, Prayagraj, and Ayodhya.
