JABALPUR, India, Dec. 11 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Nov. 11:

Petitioner claims the relief only against private respondents No.3 to 5. It appears that there is a private dispute between the parties.

Learned counsel for petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition reserving the right of the petitioner to initiate the appropriate civil proceeding in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
