MADHYA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES JUDGEMENT FOR SEETARAM SWA SAHAYTA SAMOOH REWJHAKALAN V/S THE STATE OF MADHYA PRADESH AND OTHERS

JABALPUR, India, Dec. 11 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Nov. 11:

Appellant impugns order dated 19.09.2025, whereby the ad-interim relief was not granted to the appellant and matter was directed to be listed after four weeks.

Learned counsel for the appellant seeks leave to withdraw the appeal. However, prays that a request be made to the learned Single Judge to expeditiously consider the writ petition.

In view of the above, appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

Learned Single Judge is requested to expedite the proceeding of the writ petition since the issue involves distribution of mid day meal.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that a tentative date of 28.10.2025 was shown, however, the matter was not listed on the said date.

Registry is directed to list W.P. No.37378/2025 along with the connected W.P. No.31653/2025 on 19.11.2025 before the Roster Bench.
