MADHYA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES JUDGEMENT ON DALCHAND JAIN V/S THE STATE OF MADHYA PRADESH AND OTHERS

JABALPUR, India, Feb. 4 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Jan. 6:

1. It is pointed out by learned counsel for the appellant that by order dated 4th March, 2021, the relief sought for by the appellant in the writ petition has been granted by the State Government. He submits that he is satisfied in case the said order is implemented by the District Education Officer.

2. In view of the fact that the relief sought for by the appellant has already been granted by the State Government by order dated 4th March, 2021, this appeal is disposed of as infructuous. The concerned authorities are directed to comply with the order dated 4th March, 2021 forthwith.
