JABALPUR, India, Nov. 4 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Oct. 7:
1. The Corpus has been produced in Court by ASI-Ghasita Lal Rajak alongwith Lady Constable 403-Anshita Karpeti. Corpus is a major and is wife of the petitioner. The corpus states that due to differences with the petitioner, she had left the matrimonial home on her own and is now willing to go back to her matrimonial home.
2. The petitioner is present in Court and he also states that he wishes to take the Corpus home.
3. In view of the above, the petition is disposed of.
