JABALPUR, India, Dec. 26 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Nov. 26:

The Corpus has been produced in Court by Shri R.K.Jhariya - SubInspector, Police Station Vijayraghavgarh, District Katni and Ms. Rajni - Constable, Rakshit Kendra, Katni.

Corpus, who is present in Court, is a major having attained majority on 13.11.2025. She states that she does not wish to stay at her parental home and has left the home of her own free will.

We note that earlier also petitioner had filed a Habeas Corpus bearing Writ Petition No.42345/2025; wherein on 14.11.2025 the Corpus was produced and she had similarly stated that she had left the home of her own. In this petition, notice was issued because on 14.11.2025 when the Corpus had appeared, the petitioner was not present and the matter was taken up since the respondents had produced the Corpus in Court.

In view of the fact that Corpus is a major and has left the parental home of her own free will and is not in any wrongful confinement, no further orders are called for in this petition.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
