MADHYA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES JUDGEMENT ON DHARMENDRA AGASE AND OTHERS V/S THE UNION OF INDIA AND OTHERS

JABALPUR, India, April 26 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on March 26:

1. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the appeal reserving the right of the appellants to make a mention to the learned writ court for an expeditious consideration of the writ petition as also the interim prayer.

2. The appeal is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
