JABALPUR, India, April 26 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on March 26:

Learned senior counsel for the petitioner under instructions submits that petitioner would be satisfied in case the direction is issued to the respondents to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 03.02.2026.

He submits that this would be without prejudice to the rights and contentions of petitioner to press for other reliefs and invoke the dispute resolution mechanism, in case petitioner is aggrieved by the disposal of the representation.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 03.02.2026, within a period of 10 days from today.

It would be needless to state that it would be open to the petitioner to initiate such appropriate remedies as may be permissible in law as well as the contract between the parties, in case petitioner is aggrieved by the disposal of the representation.

All rights and contentions of parties are reserved.
