JABALPUR, India, Dec. 20 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Nov. 20:

On the oral prayer of the counsel for the appellant, leave is granted to convert the Miscellaneous Appeal as the Miscellaneous Second Appeal in accordance with the High Court Rules.

Registry is directed to register these Miscellaneous Appeals as Miscellaneous Second Appeals.

Necessary amendment be incorporated in the memo of appeals.

Needful be done during the course of the day.

The Miscellaneous Second Appeals once registered, shall be listed before the Roster Bench on 21.11.2025 as prayed.
