JABALPUR, India, Dec. 9 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Nov. 10:
1. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition reserving the right of the appellant to file a representation in accordance with the liberty granted by the learned Single Judge and also prays that keeping in view the medical condition of the appellant, she may be given some reasonable time to join the new place of posting.
2. In view of above, petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Appellant shall join the new place of posting on or before 1st of December, 2025. On a representation being filed by the appellant, the respondents shall decide the same in accordance with the direction issued by the learned Single Judge in the impugned order dated 29.10.2025 passed in W.P. No.21444/2025.
