JABALPUR, India, Nov. 4 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Oct. 7:
Learned counsel for petitioner submits that pending this petition, by notification issued by Central Board of Direct Taxes, last date for filing return has already been extended till 31st October, 2025. Accordingly, he does not wish to press this petition any further.
In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
