JABALPUR, India, March 31 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Feb. 26:
Learned counsel for appellants submits that without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the appellants he will be satisfied, in case a direction is issued to respondent no.2 i.e. General Manager, District Cooperative Central Bank Ltd. Shahdol to decide the representation of the appellants in a time bound manner.
In view of the above, appeal is disposed of directing the General Manager, District Cooperative Central Bank Ltd. Shahdol to decide the representation of the appellants within a period of two months from today, if not already decided. In case the representation has been decided, the order be communicated to the appellants forthwith.
Needless to state that it would be open to the appellants to take recourse to such legal remedies as may be permissible in law, in case appellants are aggrieved by the decision on the representation.
